Project description
The ‘Portikon’ building is located on the outskirts of Zurich and is certified as a highly efficient ‘Minergie-P’ building. SPIE IFS was commissioned with the comprehensive and holistic management of this property and its technical installations.

Our services
SPIE IFS is responsible for

• Demand-orientated adjustment of parameters and monitoring of ecological and economic efficiency

• Management of the Minergie-P systems

• Monitoring the photovoltaic system (PV)

• Management of thermoactive ceilings and ventilation systems with heat recovery (HR)

• Regulation of air volume according to air quality (volume flow control)

• Adiabatic cooling for optimum energy comfort
  
  With a managed area of 20,000 m² used for offices and administration, this project demonstrates our expertise in technical building management (TGM), integrated building management (IGM) and commercial building management (KGM).

Challenges
The main challenge is to continuously optimise the energy efficiency parameters while ensuring optimum comfort for the users. Our teams proactively monitor and adjust the systems to ensure high performance and environmentally conscious management.
