Project description
SPIE MTS, commissioned by SWISSROC, played a key role in the construction of three luxury residential buildings on the lakeside in Nyon. The buildings comprise 49 residential units in condominium ownership (PPE), offering a privileged living environment. Working closely with the PPE sales team and the design office, SPIE organised meetings with the future owners in order to draw up tailor-made execution plans, proposing appropriate technical solutions, such as the management of blinds, lighting and intercom systems.

Our work
The work carried out by SPIE MTS included

• High and low voltage electrical installation in the flats

• Wiring of heating and ventilation systems

• Installation of lighting and fittings in communal areas (staircases, cellars, car parks)

• Installation and commissioning of 28 electric vehicle charging points.

These services enabled us to meet the comfort and modernity requirements of the future owners, while incorporating cutting-edge technical solutions.
 

Challenges
The project presented a number of technical challenges, including customising the installations to meet the owners' expectations, while respecting the deadlines and high quality standards of a prestige PPE project. In addition, the integration of charging points for electric vehicles required careful planning to adapt to today's needs for sustainable mobility. Thanks to its expertise in residential projects, SPIE MTS was able to deliver an exceptional project, adding to its library of references.
