SPIE signs an agreement for the acquisition of Corporate Software AG

Bern December 5th, 2024 – SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces the signature of an agreement to acquire 100% of Corporate Software AG. The IT consulting and service provider is specialized in Microsoft’s Data Platform and Power Platform technologies, combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics.

Since its founding in 2011, Corporate Software AG has built an excellent reputation and established itself as a trusted IT consulting and service provider in Switzerland. Its 21 highly skilled employees have in-depth expertise in Microsoft technologies and an innovative approach to leveraging business transformation. 

The acquisition will allow Corporate Software Ltd. to maintain its agile and innovative culture while benefiting from the support, resources, and stability of SPIE ICS AG. 

Through this acquisition, SPIE Switzerland AG expands its AI and cloud services expertise, gains access to highly skilled professionals, and strengthens its offerings in automation, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
